Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors... In November 2007, we visited the Schumacher Homes center in Greenville, South Carolina and met with Ms. Lisa Olson of Schumacher Homes. Based on a previously provide quote on building a home on our land in the Greenville area, we entered into a contract with Schumacher to have our home built.
For too long dark money donors, PACs, and greedy corporations have been buying our freedoms, and the worst part is they aren't buying them from us they are paying our elected representatives to sell them in our stead. The US Constitution is a contract between the Federal Government and the people of the individual states. It essentially tells the Federal Government what it can and can not do. The 3 main problems with the Federal Government are the hideous spending, corruption and the unwieldy bureaucracy that has made it almost impossible to be responsive to the actual needs of the people.
Paul Schumacher (North Carolina)
Schumacher completed Ballotpedia's Candidate Connection survey in 2022. In my military career I was recognized for my experience making innovative impactful changes leading to astounding results. Our men and women in Blue are the thin blue line between civilization and chaos. There are reasons why an author may 'not confirm' an email account. The primary reason is because they want to stay completely anonymous, they do not want to risk any reprisal. Or they could be a whistleblower, employee or ex-employee insider who doesn’t want to be discovered.
After further investigating the mess removed from the shower, we noticed that although they did take the cheap route, a waterproof cover was used. We still have water damage behind the walls, but we don't foresee the company doing anything at this point. To pursue this any further would mean our remodel would just be drag out. I would like Schumacher homes to repair any water damage and install the proper backerboard so that we can continue with installing the shower walls. I believe doing things the same way does not fix a broken system. The government does not have the right to tell you what to do with your body, vaccination or abortion.

I have had a multitude of jobs over my lifetime from Pilot, Farmer, Inventor, I have remodeled 4 different houses, with 3 other kitchens. Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Tool and Die machinist, Mechanic, but the job I'm proudest of is Dad. I was raised in a rural setting the son of a Lutheran Bishop, and was instilled with a strong old school work ethic.
Vapor barriers help but the vents allow common airborn mold to begin growing. I could test any hospital or doctors office and the minute a door was opened after a deep clean, mold from the ambient air would be detectable! After graduation, he moved to Bismarck and worked in construction and at a car restoration shop for nearly two years. But, when he started his journey with cancer he moved back home and started working at Martell’s Carquest in Wishek.
Just Bad Business
You should never have an instance where one person is responsible for changing the direction of the will of the people. Deep in the contract your are giving up your right to court even in cases of fraud, negligence, incompetence, etc. In our case not one of our many "Builders", it turns out that is only a title on their business cards. Not one of them held a general contractors license. How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest. The windows leak air, house is always cold in the winter hot in the summer, you can stand by the windows and feel the air coming thru lowest grade window you can buy.
Family outings, pasture picnics, rodeos, horseback riding, campfires, road trips, and time with family and his church family helped mold Paul’s character and laid a spiritual foundation for his life. He had a big heart, loved the Lord, and did what he could for others. All homes are constructed with materials which may be left out in the rain. This is especially true for subfloor/decking as the walls are going up. I am not and cannot speak to your other issues but just wanted to clarify that for you.

I want to bring that efficiency and cost effectiveness to the State Government and through extension the Federal Government as well. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...... RUN AWAY. Let any reputable attorney review the contract and they will advise you to not sign under any circumstance. Our dream home was ruined by Schumacher Homes of NC, Inc. who turned ours and many others home-build into a nightmare.. It also appears now the corporate office is of the same caliber as the Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC offices and do not stand behind anything at all. Siding is buckling on the house where the electric meter is due to they didn't put a slip on the conduit,. Sewer smell in main bathroom do to improper venting, interior doors have tight jam... These are some of the images that support my issue. There is a home inspection that was done that has the pages of documentation that show the "condition" of my walls and all the places where the house is damaged due to mold and the heavy granite countertop.
We have had two places fixed but now have 3 more places. We have multiple cabinet doors with hardware that is loose, but the screws are stripped so we can't even take care of this on our own. We have a hole in the floor that was pointed out immediately — was told flooring people could pop out that board and replace.
How about a new idea, In-Utero adoption, where the mother is put in touch with an adoption agency and the baby is adopted before it is born. This would allow the adoptive parents the ability to help where ever necessary to save that baby's life, medical expenses, monthly stipend, school expenses, what ever is required. This would give the mother better choices when she is faced with literally life and death decision, and she can know the baby will be well cared for.
My kids say I can fix anything, (any one got any duct tape?) and I would like your vote to be able to use the Constitution and the Convention of States to make the Government both the State and Federal work as it should. The State's investigator found even more code violations that the private home inspector didn't catch. We have other Schumacher victims who signed on to our complaint with similar stories and experiences in the Western North Carolina Area. He loved his job and enjoyed interacting with customers and making new friends. Paul was always starting new ventures and had many unfinished projects. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed raising and training his hunting dog, Reno. One of his many dreams was to go to Alaska and he returned from a two-week trip there eight days before he passed away. Economy Right now North Carolinians are being decimated by national policies that seem almost to be a direct attack on our lives.
We have met with one of the sales representatives in Greessburg PA and he was not customer friendly when we asked many times if we could pick the materials we like from the choices from what they offer to get an price estimate. He responded "NO" as "joking???" many times...Well, after 5 weeks waiting we did not recieve a price estimate yet, although emailed... Law and order/Equal Justice Our men and women in Blue are the thin blue line between civilization and chaos. They are under attack from the forces working to destroy our country.
